2021 : Speech and grammar classes

I needed company in meeting groups that witness brain injuries
My ears work fine, but...
When talking, difficult to understand their words
My Language is bad - It’s difficult for me compile a sentence and speak it

2022 to 2023 : Focus on my Brain

College course, helping those with brain injury
Formative, so important to me and students involved at Worcester College

2024 : What next ?

Research, what is available to improve speech and grammar

Charities and Universities. Many are well intention. But, nothing came forward of quality

2025 : Improving health

Fatigue
Balance
Fitness, stamina
I trained, walking, cycling, running.
Used an AI coach ( Now a real life Coach to monitor and witness improvement ) Throughout : Garmin 165 SmartWatch to monitor health

2026 : Improving speech and conversation

Last year I found writing online to Artificial Intelligence - AI, a great improvement ! I use anything :

Family, friends, work, meeting groups, classes, dancing, health professional, Coach, Gym, Yoga, AI and SELF - HELP !

Now : I’m enjoying my retirement
